Quantum -Touch is a powerful, yet easy to learn, energy healing modality .

The Quantum -Touch techniques teach us how to focus and amplify life-force energy (known as "chi " in Chinese and " prana " in Sanskrit) by combining various breathing exercises and body awareness . When you learn to direct the life tforce energy , the possibilities are truly extraordinary , our love has more impact than we can imagine.

Massage therapists can easily be combined with Quantum -Touch massage their work . Sometimes the energy can work at a greater depth than the work of massage, especially if the client is injured. Because energy healing uses a light touch, (and sometimes not touch) energy healing can also be applied in the work of massage may be contraindicated . In addition , massage therapists can use energy healing to increase during massage massage therapy work and allow the client to enter a deep state of relaxation and connection.

A valuable workshop for any massage therapist is offering " Monday morning techniques " , techniques that can be used easily and effectively with clients immediately after training. That was the case of Quantum -Touch. On Monday after my first video workshop in 2004 , I was able to run the energy in tight shoulders and stiff back and see the results immediately. Quantum -Touch immediately added a dimension to my massage which gave excellent results with half the effort . Of course I had some explaining to do on that first Monday , since my clients were not accustomed to hands while I stop breathing fervor , holding their pain points . A small thumbs , and permit warning of course, took care of any discomfort that could have happened . Once you feel muscle tension melt , they were sold. Soon, many of my deepest trigger point and neuromuscular techniques were replaced with softer approach to energy performance . I can still use deeper techniques occasionally , but mostly by palpation and to monitor changes in tissue energy while running .

Injuries and severe swelling

When a customer has had a serious injury that causes bruising, swelling or broken bones , massage pressure can cause more damage . Citations are often canceled or postponed as a result. This is not the case when using Quantum -Touch .

Now it is common for clients to request Quantum -Touch specifically for their injured areas when it comes to massage. They know they will heal faster, and both work very well together to achieve pain relief and relaxation. Even if you are not willing to give to pressure and kneading therapeutic massage , now recognize that Quantum -Touch greatly improves their overall experience .

Customers running their own energy

During the years of operation of energy during the massage , I 've noticed that many of my clients have become very sensitive to energy. They report that they can feel it building moving and flowing. I have developed a protocol that I call " Quantum Flow Massage" , which is designed for the customer even more involved in the movement of its own energy. While power running and doing massage , I take them through a series of guided imagery exercises that help them turn their attention to opening blocked energy channels . I have developed a modified breathing technique that allows me to expand my awareness in their field as they explore through their own bodies. It has allowed us to work together to find areas that need extra attention with Quantum -Touch. We also work together, breathing in and releasing specific areas of tension as stop and hold those areas throughout the massage. As I work my way through the whole body , customers are introduced to the metaphors and images that help them leverage and work with the connection body - mind. For example , massaging his left arm as I may say , "Imagine the life force that flows through the left arm. Holding hands and fingers. Allow open this side of your body so you can receive food , love and joy. " breathe together and focus , and muscle tension just melts away . Clients often enter a state of meditation in which say they feel fully connected with the flow of the universe.

How to Use Tapping Techniques to Overcome Procrastination

Did you, know when you procrastinate it is costing you financially, mentally, physically and emotionally?

Also depending on what you are procrastinating on, whom or about. It can also have devastating consequences for your friends and family too. Think about it for a moment, what happens if you 'forget' to pay your taxes or mortgage payments? Your procrastination starts to affect more that you.

Procrastination in its simplest form is your own perceived fears and worries about future events. These future memories you build up and play over and over in your mind and body. It is the future pain which you think you'll experience that you are trying to avoid by not doing anything.

So how can tapping help you?

Firstly, most people are afraid of something or someone specific. It's too easy to say I'm afraid of success or I'm afraid of failing. That may be true, but it's is too easy, it's too global a statement.

It's better to answer the following: If I succeed what will happen to me then? Or, what pain am I avoiding by not finishing what I want doing?

You see procrastination is just you putting of a perceived future pain. Nothing more.

Even though I don't know what pain I'm avoiding I deeply and completely love forgive and accept myself anyway.

Even though I'm afraid of a future event that hasn't even happened yet, I accept all of me just the way I am.

Even I'm worried what will happen when I leave my own comfort zone. I accept all these conflicts within me.

What about your family and friends? If you succeed how will they react? This is a huge area that will on some level be holding you back.

Even though I'm afraid to earn more than my parents. I choose to let go of this belief as it no longer serves me.

Even though I'm afraid I'll be shouted at like was when I was a child because I was successful then and my father didn't like it.

Even though I'm afraid how my parents will react when I'm successful. After all they struggled all their lives and told me everything had to be difficult. I chose to let this belief to as it no longer supports me.

Even though my friends don't like rich and successfully people and I really want them to like me. I deeply and completely accept all of me.

Try these EFT tapping rounds for starters. You'll be amazed at what can happen if you tap on these several times.

The sense of calm, maybe a few aha moments, projects that don't seem so big and are much easier to start.

Tapping Therapy and Massage As Effective Pain Relief Techniques

Energy healing, through EFT tapping and massage can physically relieve pain through stimulating the release of the natural pain relieving hormone, Calcitonin. Acupuncture point (Kidney point) on the ball of the foot (about an inch down from the space between the big and second toe) under the foot. Massage with the right hand clockwise and then tap vigorously.Outside the ankle, between the ankle bone and the Achilles tendon. Again massage and tap.Behind the knees, right in the centre. Repeat the massaging and tapping action.Move your hand along the collarbone up to the shoulder and then again massage and tap.Go to the side of your Adam's apple, between the larynx and the muscle there. Pinch it hard to stimulate the acupuncture point (don't massage this area). Then go back towards the muscle about an inch down below the angle of the jaw and tap there.Top of head. Massage and tap.

Part of the reason this EFT technique works so well is because you are focusing on something other than the pain, but it also works because of the stimulation of the acupuncture points which releases blockages in the body's electro-magnetic flow and stimulates the release of the powerful pain reliever, Calcitonin.

It can often work better if you combine this tapping with some focused statements, such as:

- I forgive myself for anything I may have done to contribute to this pain.

- I forgive anyone else for anything they may have done to contribute to this pain.

- I am willing to let go of all connections to this pain in my body, my mind, in my relationships and in my past and present.

- I am so grateful for this healing now.
